General Hospital alert!
There will be some craziness at Nikolas Cassadine’s upcoming ball.
Wait! Craziness at a Cassadine function?
Go figure!
Tyler Christopher, who plays the handsome Prince Cassadine, told several hundred fans the latest news Sunday during an appearance at the Florida Lifestyles Expo held at the Treasure Coast Mall, Jensen Beach, FL.

Hailing from Ohio, he calls himself “just an average Midwesterner”….yeah, right!
Right now, his alter ego, Nikolas, is having severe anger issues, which is atypical of the low key prince.
Tyler told the crowd that it’s some kind of condition involving the brain, but it hasn’t been diagnosed yet and even he doesn’t know exactly what is plaguing Nikolas.
And brace yourself for some characters slated to be killed off.
“You’ll probably see some people being removed from the show,” he said. “Every once in awhile you have to do that, right?”
He swears he doesn’t know who it will be.
The audience shouted “they’ll come back” – as soap characters are notorious for coming back from the dead – but he said no.
“If you haven’t noticed, we have quite a few people on the show, right now,” he said. “We’re a little overcrowded.”
The killer will be on the loose at the upcoming ball at Windemere. Tyler said it will be “very elegant and very grand and the whole cast will be there and of course everything goes crazy in a matter of minutes.”
Another tidbit: the actors who play brothers Max (Dirk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood) are not only brothers in real life but they are also Tyler’s cousins. He insists that he had nothing to do with getting them their roles.
Doing a soap love scene is far from sexy, he said. “It’s kind of like Twister, with somebody telling you where to put your arms and your legs.”
When asked if it’s boxers or briefs, he answered, “It’s the combination of both.”

  1. Thanks for sharing the clip & pics! I need to go to super soap weekend one year, I’ve always wanted to go!
If Tyler Christopher is a (fine) example of what an average midwesterner looks like, it is time for me to relocate!
Must be nice to work 5hrs/day & make the money they make! Lucky peeps!
GH is a little top heavy now that this new mob crew is in town … will be interesting to see who goes & who stays.

  2. So glad you enjoyed the pics and video. There’s still time to go to Super Soap Nov. 10 & 11.
